I know what it’s like to be in your twenties with a thousand ideas swirling around in your head but no idea how to make them happen, or which ones are even any good. I know what it feels like to have an idea of where you want to end up, but no idea how to get there.
I’m a 20-something year old lettering artist turned entrepreneur, and I help big-hearted creatives like you turn your best ideas into reality with calligraphy education and business inspiration.
I’m currently based in Waterloo, Ontario where I grew up and live with my wonderful family and tiny dog Lily. Although I am working on a degree in Health Sciences and Public Health, I discovered very early on in my degree that my heart belonged to creative entrepreneurship, and I have enjoyed being an online business owner since the beginning of 2016.
More than 3 years later, I still haven’t looked back. Business ownership, working for myself, and the flexibility that comes along with that has allowed me to travel, say “yes” to more opportunities to serve, and learn more than a university degree could ever give me (still a big fan of formal education though!).
When I’m not teaching workshops or doing behind the scenes work on my business, you’ll find me out people watching at a local coffee shop, adventuring with my better half Matt, or working on one DIY project or another. I strive to live by faith and faith alone and to experience the world with a childlike curiosity. This life is one that I never thought someone like me could have, yet here I am. My job is to show you that you can have this too.
Chasing down your dreams.
Not taking “no” for an answer.
Doing all the things.
I help creative people (hint, that’s you) craft their dream lives through lettering, art, and creative business ownership.
I teach lettering workshops for people looking for a little creative boost.
I help people like me start their own creative businesses with curated and inspirational content.
I lead by example and seek to live out what I teach every single day.
